What is the eligibility criteria to join these courses?
You must have a strong thirst for your own spiritual progress. This website is not for beginners and works best for people who are ready for intensive spiritual studies.
What is the duration of the course?
The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course. You decide when you start and when you finish.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the course for as long as you wish.
Is there a sequence for various courses?

Can I enroll in all the courses at once?
Thirst for knowledge is a sign of a sincere seeker. But anything done in haste or with feverishness, just for the sake of completion, cannot be fruitful. Therefore, follow the sequence, enroll in courses one by one and complete each course with sincerity and commitment.
Can I enroll in multiple courses from multiple paths e.g. Vedic and Buddha?
Yes you can. Please ensure you submit the enroll request separately for each course.
Is it mandatory to complete the Beginner level course before moving to the Higher level? Why?
Yes, it is mandatory. It is so designed to help you with your own spiritual growth and streamline the process for all seekers.
Why are there prerequisites?
Incorrect understanding leads to incorrect concepts thereby making it harmful. A strong foundation in knowledge is a mandatory prerequisite to prevent this. Pre-requisites ensure that you gain a foothold in some basic ancient scriptural knowledge before moving to higher concepts, just like completing high school before attending college.
Is it mandatory to complete the courses with you only to meet prerequisites to join the next course?
It is NOT mandatory to do a pre-requisite course with me ONLY to join the next course. But it will be helpful to you, as I usually refer to sutras and examples from the previous courses.
If I have completed a beginner level course with you and need to join a higher level course, how do I do that?
Please send us your graduation certificate to [email protected] if you have it. If not, please send final exam paper to [email protected] and procure certificate. Then send the certificate to [email protected] and we will open up the entire course videos access for you.
Where can I find videos of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar?
You can borrow a DVD from your local Art of Living teacher/friend or purchase them from the Art of Living online store, Amazon or The Art of Living Lifetyle app.

Is it mandatory to write exams?
A strong foundation in Gnyana [scriptural knowledge] ensures proper application of Gnyana in Dhyana[meditation] and Karma[action]. Writing an exam is your chance to gauge your own progress on the spiritual path. Nobody is going to score/grade you, other than YOURSELF. Your commitment to completing the exam will help you see if you have the eligibility [Patrata] to receive the highest wisdom.
Can I write the exams in my native language (other than English)?
Absolutely! Nobody is REALLY looking at your papers. It is just a revision/review/self study for your own benefit. But submission of papers is a must if you want to move ahead and complete the course.
If I have already completed a course with you in the past but do not have a graduation certificate, how do I get one?
Send your final exam paper of the relevant course to [email protected] to receive the certificate.
